What are you studying and why did you choose that profession?

I am studying Gastronomy. I chose it because I have always been interested in cooking since I was a child, I like to experiment with flavors and smells and see it as an art.

How has school changed your life?

The school has given me new objectives, points of view, and aspirations; in the case of the university, it has also given me the opportunity to socialize more and demand more of myself in academic matters.

What are your dreams or goals?

Finish my degree acquiring the greatest amount of knowledge and skills possible to be able to start my own food establishment.

Tell us something about you and your family.

I am a person in constant change who always seeks to improve or implement something new in life, and my family are the ones who have always supported me in what I decide to do in life, they are one of the few people I know I can trust.

Why are you thankful?

I am very grateful to my family for always supporting me and accepting my decisions despite the fact that they do not always seem right, to Mrs. Norma Hurtado for presenting me with the opportunity to finish my studies, to Scholarships for Higher Education for giving me the support to make it possible and finally with me, for not giving up and giving the opportunity to study once again despite the time I was away from the academic field.
